Every site has a story. We look at orientation, views, light, neighbourhood character and the natural environment. For example, we shaped the Anglesea Passive House to sit gently within its bushland surroundings, minimise disruption to vegetation and reflect coastal character.

We believe in the richness of natural materials, timber, recycled brick, low‐toxicity finishes and local craftsmanship. In our Eco House in Fitzroy North, for example, we used recycled bricks and locally sourced timbers to deliver a high-performing, healthy home. These choices contribute to aesthetics, durability, occupant comfort and long-term value.
